Face lift without botox

Need to reduce wrinkles and worry lines, but unwilling to fork out cash for Botox and plastic surgery?

Follow these New Yorkers who are turning to facial yoga to achieve a youthful appearance. Yoga instructor Annalise Hagen teaches facial exercises in Manhattan designed to stretch and tone facial muscles .

One of the move called "The Lion", is done by showing the tongue hanging out and eyes rolled up and the position has to be held for at least 60 seconds.

Hagen explained that it uses the same principal of exercise you would use for any parts of your body. She added "Facial muscles also become more toned, so it is a natural way of getting a lift".

While making faces in front of strangers might intimidate some, those who attended the class thought it the perfect way to combat busy New York lifestyles.

Maybe you should consider doing it during your nature call period rather than in the train or bus.
