Fined after being rammed by cop

Daniel Horne was walking home after a night out with some friends when out of nowhere a vehicle rammed him from behind, knocked him down and had his foot crushed. And this vehicle was actually a patrol car.

As if it wasn't worst enough, he then was slapped with a $160 fine. In the fine notice, it's written "ran into the nearside front wing of a marked police vehicle causing a dent."

The accident happens in Beddau, near Pontypridd, South Wales and after the penalty was issued, the police then took Daniel to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Daniel, what were you thinking for having the guts to accept the offer from the police? He might issue you another fine for dirtying his car after that!
